The assessments revealed that the Bodrum Yacht Building Cluster benefits from a highly qualified and locally established blue-collar workforce and most notably from the craftsmanship of the local foremen most of whom have no formal education yet possess a great talent (the tacit knowledge of building Gulets). In terms of related and supporting industries, tourism industry in Bodrum is a great advantage for the Cluster.
